Cookie composition

The base is a butter cookie (shortcrust pastry) with a powdered sugar glaze drawing. The shelf life is 3 months.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, butter, sugar, EGGS, salt, monopotassium tartrate (E336i), vanillin, acidity regulator: diphosphate, leavening agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch, may contain colorants E102, E122, E129 or E133.

Nutritional value: 100g of product contains: Protein 6.2 g; fat - 17.4 g, carbohydrates 69.0 g. Energy value per 100g of product - 457 kcal / 1922 kJ.
